I coded and integrated the DevBum layout in just under 24 hours total time, it is table-less valid HTML and CSS and integrated into WordPress 2.3.2.

The ProxyTHIS layout was a real challenge trying to get the content box to have pure CSS cornered corners. This layout is on the simpler side of the spectrum and it turned out pretty well.

This layout was one of the only few that I've actually designed, though it was an inspired layout, and then I integrated into my own custom arcade script. I'm really proud of Argcade as a whole because everything, except the games, was made by me.
